"Absolutely abhorrent attitude from Nelly at the front desk. Tried to bill my insurance for unethical and borderline fraudulent charges, wouldn’t agree to remove those charges until I showed up in the office. Also refused to give me back my original documents because “they aren’t going to dig through the trash can to find them.” Dr. Fatmi was nice but the regional manager and Nelly need a serious class on integrity."
