"This is my second visit today so far so good I felt like I had 2 feet in my mouth with the fitting but the doctor made things comfortable. He kept taking it down and taking it down until it felt more comfortable in my mouth. I’m having dentures made upper lower, so they need to be made properly and fit. Everyone in the office is very pleasant."

"I've been coming to sage dental sense 2022, and have had extractions, cleanings, and crowns!!! I want to say that I really like sage Dental or Margate!!! My Doctor!!! My Nurses assistant, and also the lady that cleans my teeth. All of these people are Awesome hard working, creative, kind people. Thank You for how you make me feel everytime I come. "On my initial visit to this location from Sage Dental in Parkland due to my relocation, the noticeable disparity in customer service was evident. I experienced a nearly one-hour wait for the doctor to arrive in the room, causing me to miss another appointment. Moreover, whenever I posed questions to the individual examining my teeth prior to the doctor's arrival, she was consistently unable to provide answers without seeking the doctor's assistance each time. Additionally, I inquired about a refund for my plan, as I hadn't utilized it. I also did not receive the promised toothbrush that was associated with the $158 charge, nor was I provided a copy of the agreement. Furthermore, I expressed a desire to utilize my insurance and was told I would receive a callback, which never transpired. Subsequent to my follow-up call, the receptionist displayed an unfavorable attitude. The atmosphere at the establishment appears to reflect a lack of enthusiasm among the staff members. Regrettably, I cannot provide a recommendation for this place due to these experiences. Moreover, the pricing structure seems excessively steep. On a positive note, I reached out to another Sage Dental location, and the contrast in their customer service was remarkable. They efficiently scheduled me for an earlier appointment, looked up my benefits while we were on the call, and promptly sent me the updated treatment prices within an hour. This level of responsiveness and proactive assistance demonstrates exceptional customer service."
