"Anyone who is wondering why they call and leave numerous messages, only to not have your call returned is because they are in a “transition”…apparently Dr. Santelli sold his practice and got the boot from whoever owns it now??? Needless to say I had to show up in person to be seen and pick up my new invisiline alighners. Not sure how the new Dr is and what will happen to all the previous patients. Hang in there, especially if you are like me and have already paid for your treatment. Very unprofessional of Santelli to not notify his current patients of the changes!!"

"Does someone know what is happening with Santelli Orthodontics? My daughter had an appointment for a braces removal and I got a cancellation because the Dr. Santelli will not continue working there. I got a rescheduled appointment for next week and now I got a text saying that due to unforeseen circumstances my daughter’s appointment had to be canceled again. I called and nobody answered. Hopefully someone answer here"

Today they took his braces off and he looks amazing, not only the looks but his jaw made a huge change. "I recently had an appointment at Santelli Orthodontics and was deeply disappointed by the standards of hygiene and professionalism. A trip to any medical establishment should instill trust and assurance, but I found the opposite to be true here. To begin with, the cleanliness of the office left much to be desired. I observed instruments that were not properly cleaned and sanitized, which is alarming considering the intimate nature of orthodontic work. Patient safety should be a top priority, and it’s deeply unsettling to think of the potential health risks due to the neglect in cleanliness. In addition to the hygiene concerns, I also noticed that the office was notably understaffed. This was evident not just from the long wait times and apparent chaos, but also from the mistakes and oversight in patient care. Being understaffed, especially in a medical setting, is a recipe for errors that can adversely impact a patient’s well-being. Perhaps the most concerning aspect was the delegation of responsibilities. From my research and personal observation, it appears that the orthodontist often lets the dental assistant make crucial decisions regarding patient care. What’s even more confusing is that the assistant is often referred to as “doc”, which is not only misleading but potentially against professional regulations. Another disturbing observation was the incessant ringing of the office phone during my visit. It rang continuously, yet nobody seemed bothered to answer it. This not only demonstrates a lack of organizational structure but also shows a sheer disregard for potential patients trying to get in touch. A successful orthodontic practice is built on trust, skill, and impeccable standards of hygiene and care. Unfortunately, Santelli Orthodontics falls short in all these areas. I strongly urge potential patients to reconsider before making an appointment here. Your health and well-being should never be compromised. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Every time I bring my niece here it’s crazy. Long hours of waiting to be attended, everyone is in a rush, and sometimes the doctor doesn’t see the patients, only the assistant does. They pay patients to leave good reviews, and they clean the instruments with small wipes. This office has left me deeply concerned about the ethics practiced here. It has come to my attention that one of their employees was forced to resign and take the blame for something she never did, all to protect the Dr. Santelli and staff. This is a profoundly unethical and disturbing situation. It reflects poorly on the integrity of the person responsible and, by extension, the entire office. Such dirty tactics should have no place in any professional setting. I strongly believe that people should be treated with respect and fairness, and what transpired here is a clear violation of those principles. Anyone considering this office for orthodontic care should think twice about trusting individuals who engage in such deceitful behavior. In summary, my experience has revealed an unsavory side of this office, and I encourage potential clients to be cautious and think carefully about whether they want to associate with people who engage in such unethical conduct."
