"I used to refer Dr. Armando Garcia's office to everybody, including all my family members were their patients as well. I've been going there for years, until this last time in July. First, the dental hygienist cleaned only the front of my teeth, she barely touched the back ones. Then I told the dentist that checked my teeth that one of my tooth was hurting between the gums. He checked the x-ray and said I had no problem and to use waterpik to clean because of the space I have btw the last two teeth. The next day I had a very bad headache, which reflected my facial bone and a throbbing pain on my gums as well. I went to another dentist. He took another x-ray and told me that my tooth had a cavity under the gum, it was there for quiet a while and was all the way down to my tooth root. I didn't feel it because I have a root canal on that tooth. But the pain was reflecting on my maxillary bone and causing the headache also. Now, I have to extract the tooth, have a bone graft and an implant. All of this could be avoided if the cavity was detected in the beginning. Dr. Garcia's office lost me and all my family members as patients. They are expending the office, but hiring unqualified employees are just going to hurt their business. Like me, there are many patients that are unhappy with their services."
