"If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment with them for my pre-teen child, based on a referral that I got from his pediatric dentist. I explained in full detail what was needed (a root canal or extraction) to the lady that answered my call, informed her of his age, and she scheduled the appointment. On the day of our visit, the very first thing that was discussed with me was a $125.00 fee, which I agreed to, assuming that my child would be taken care of. She took my insurance card along with the payment, they did an x-ray, the dentist came in and did a super quick exam / assessment, and then I was informed that they do not perform root canals or extractions on patients my child's age (when it was CLEARLY explained in plain English on the referral form that this is what was needed). How was I supposed to know that, and why was it not disclosed to me at the time that I called to inquire or before we checked in?? Did no one bother to check his age and/or actually READ the referral form and tell me that they couldn't provide the recommended services BEFORE starting the appointment, instead of taking my money just to tell me they couldn't help?? But they had no problem at all making it VERY clear to me as soon as we walked in that a payment was required before he could be seen...apparently this was more important to them. It was a complete waste of time and money! I feel as though I literally paid for NOTHING! This was a very unprofessional experience, and a MAJOR inconvenience to my child and I. Needless to say we will not EVER be returning!"

"This place is amazing. I have no complaints at all. The whole process from becoming a new patient and making an appointment to being seen by the doctor and getting my treatment was all very smooth and comfortable. I was treated very kindly and all my questions were answered. I appreciate how quick I was taken care of I was barely in the waiting room for 5 minutes. The girls at the front are the best and the doctor is amazing as well. I’m really happy with my visit thank you allure!"
"Everything was OK until my last visit. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I got there like 15 minutes early. What happened was that in the middle of my cleaning session, the Front Desk lady came in to ask how long was going to take...this happened at 11:15 so Tobias (who's great hygienist) told her probably another 15 minutes. Before ending my session, this lady came again putting pressure on the time again. This situation bothered me a lot because everybody knows that the time varies from patient to patient and if I have to wait because someone took longer, that's the name of the game. Since when do these people have the right to interfere in your cleaning sessions to rush?? In the end, I asked Tobias if that was something normal because this hadn't happened to me before. He just apologized for the incident. The lady who interrupted my session wasn't there, There was another lady who after listening to my complaint, started defending her peer telling me that what I was talking, about was wrong because the affected person wasn't there at the moment so if I wanted to say something, I have to wait for her. Really!! This other lady started talking to me like like a teacher at the school making me look like I needed to learn manners. So I told her that she needed to learn manners and her coworker because that is not the correct way to treat your customers when you are in the business providing customer service.....there is no professionalism."
"I went into Allure dental frightened and anxious. The staff there were so kind and sweet and immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, bright and full of warmth. Usually, medical offices have either a kind medical practioner or a kind front office staff- never both. But this office miraculously has both! Every single staff member is so excited to guide you along your dental journey. If you can't afford the various procedures you will need, they capably help you find the resources to be able to acquire them. They're very knowledgeable about every dental product or procedure; they also make sure you aren't in pain during them and they check up on you multiple times throughout each procedure. Everyone there is so warm towards you that you feel you are in the best of hands. I would highly recommend Allure- best dental office I've ever attended."
