"I made arraignments to take the day off work in order to prepare for my Dental visit months in advanced. One hour before my appointment the office sent me a text canceling my appointment. I immediately contacted the office and the clerk told me "Its our policy to cancel if we can't confirm". This was 30 seconds after I received the text. My family will never do business with this dentist again."

"I just want to forget that I ever went here. I’m grateful that I was able to get a second opinion from a local oral surgeon who told me that my tooth didn’t need to be extracted at all. He informed me that I DO have an abscess that will go away, upon getting a root canal. I was told by the X-ray technician at Dr Rostock’s office that i didn’t have an abscess but that my bones were shifting. On top of this, Dr Rostock never responded to an email that I sent to her, as I had a question about the bump in my gum. I had forgotten to ask her about it, when I went to see her for X-rays on a painful tooth. I ended up going to an oral surgeon who informed me that the hard bump in my gum was an abscess. He also told me that he wouldn’t extract the tooth, because it needed a root canal, not an extraction. It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t obtain this information from someone who I thought would become my dentist. All that I wanted was a brief conversation or email from her. This practice doesn’t set aside time to respond to their patients, when they have questions or concerns. If you don’t remember to ask your questions, at the time of your scheduled dental appointment, then you’ll find it very difficult to get a response to any questions, once you leave. As far as the dental staff goes, I found Kat to be the only office staff who had any compassion or willingness to listen to my concerns, as she made attempts to help in anyway that she could. Rosa was unfriendly, and displayed no compassion or caring at all. This just isn’t the dental practice for me."

"From the time Nicholas answer the phone he was courteous and very professional. My mom had a severe tooth ache and she was not a patient of TLC at the time, but he immediately got her an appointment for the same day. When we got to the office we felt very welcome. Nicholas was very thorough with the treatment information and gave us a few options for my mom since she didn’t have insurance. Once in the examination room we were greeted by the most professional, compassionate and caring Dental assistant by the name of Stephanie. She made my mom feel very comfortable right away. Then Dr Rostock came in to check on my mom. I have never met a more friendly and caring dentist. She treated my mom like she knew her all her life. She was also very thorough and gave us a few recommendations. At the end we walked out very happy and my mom was already feeling better.
