"My general dentist referred me to Dr. Ghattas for a root canal. I arrived to my appointment and they promptly took me back with virtually zero wait time. Dr. Ghattas’ assistant, Maria, took x-rays of my tooth so Dr. Ghattas could reconfirm the need for a root canal. Maria was a wonderful assistant- she let me know what to expect. During the root canal, Dr. Ghattas explained each step he was performing. This put me at ease and made me less anxious. Dr. Ghattas is a perfectionist at his work. He sat me up multiple times to retake x-rays and ensure he got all of the infection out. Once finished, he gave me his business card with his personal number to contact him if any issues arise. He even texted me the following day to check-in. I had zero pain post procedure- only slight soreness from the local injections. Never needed any OTC pain meds. Dr. Ghattas’ bedside manner is absolutely amazing. I would recommend him to anyone needing treatment."

"It was my first visit to Dr Ghattas to do root canal. I was concern and nervous to do this procedure but it was truly an amazing procedure. I was completely relaxed. First Dr Ghattas was so friendly, he talks with confidence and assurance not to worry which makes the patient relax. He is very knowledgeable had the latest equipment and has a gentle hand, his assistant Maria was so pleasant and knows her job so well. The procedure went so well. I should mention that he was the only Endodontist that has small pillow to be put on the back of the patient while seated on the chair and another small one behind the neck since the head will be tilted for a long time. I love that so much because I have lower back issues. I thank Dr Ghattas and his assistant Maria and I highly recommend him."

"I was referred to Dr. Ghattas by my general dentist for a root canal. This was my first experience having this procedure, so I prepared myself for the worst. I've heard some horror stories. I have to say, every facet of the visit exceeded my expectations. First, and least significant, I was impressed by the decor. Dentist offices are usually stark, with pale colored walls and uncomfortable furniture. I was so impressed with their waiting room, which reminded me of a private room in a NY library. The wood paneling and the comfy leather chairs reminded me of home in the north east. It was a very warm environment. Next, and more importantly, was the warmth of all the staff. Everyone was wonderful to talk with and very comforting. This includes Dr. Ghattas, who was very friendly and explained everything really well. Both he and his assistant were great. Just before and during procedure, the topic of discussion was reggae music, which played on their Amazon device. The music and discussion continued, with reassuring comments from the doctor, through the whole root canal process. I remember just thinking how funny it was that I was just there tapping my foot to the music the whole time. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. Great experience. The doctor gave me his cell phone number in case I had any issues. I had none. I was happily surprised the next morning when he, texted me to check on my progress. What a great dentist! While I am hoping never to need these services again, I know definitely where I'll be returning if I do. State of the art equipment, knowledgeable & caring, and Dr. G contacted me after hours to ask of my well being.
