The following day they called, thinking they were checking to see how I was doing but instead the CSR made a clerical error and was calling for payment."

"I've coming to this office for years but I have changed my mind just during the last two visits and will never come back. The ladies at the front have excellent customer service. Lester, the dental hygienist, is very detail oriented, patient, and explains everything he does in your mouth. If I could review them separately they would get more than five stars from me. But the misinformation that I kept getting whenever I see a dentist regarding the Invisalign has been frustrating. I was going to switch offices but now I just want a dentist who is more involved with their patients."

I really missed seeing Camille on the last visit. She was the one face that has been there for over 10 years and look forward to seeing. The only familiar face is the dental hygienist.
