"Well very simple my mother and I and my daughter have used Dr Galindo for decades. She is amazing!! Not her staff. I just tried to make an appointment for tomorrow morning. Ashlee was very rude. She asked me about insurance once I said it was taken care of. She asked again… same reply.. she asked again… so I asked to speak to the manager. And she said she was the manager. After that she interrupted. Me 3 MORE TIMES AND WOULD NOT LISTEN …. YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS ASHLEE!! SO SORRY YOU HATE YOUR JOB THAT YOU THINK ITS OK TO MAKE PEOPLE REPEAT THEM SELVES 3 TIMES AND WHEN YOU SEE THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER YOU GOT EVEN MORE RUDE “ BY NOT LETTING YOUR PATIENTS TALK” SO NOW I DONT KNOW IF I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR NOT. GREAT JOB ASHLEE I AM SURE OLGA WILL REALLY BE HAPPY WITH YOU."

"Worst dentist office I've ever been to. Took my 9 year old daughter there and the experience was horrible. Literally said they will not see my daughter anymore because I refused to leave her back there while she got a tooth extracted. The nurse ARGUED with me because he thought I was recording when I was replying to an email, even turned my phone around to show them and he still continued to argue."

"The worst dentist office ever. It is extremely busy because they overload their appointments. The receptionists are similar to rude robots. When I made an appointment for 9, they called to confirm it was at 10. When I explained I was in at 9, they said to just come in and wait. Then I go in and they tell me my appointment was at 930. So either they're lying to deal with the overcrowd of people or don't know how to read. No apology. Never going there again"
