"GO ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE ELSE. Search on here by “Lowest,” and, PLEASE, read the reviews. Check out the ones on Yelp, as well. I honestly wish I did. Dealing with Shapiro Family Dentistry at Boca Raton has been the WORST customer experience I have had in quite some time. Following delay after delay after delay (and spending a non-refundable $1,950 on lab/tech work I can only assume was completed), my final appointment on June 8th was cancelled the day before due to the dentist no longer being available every Wednesday. I was told to expect a phone call to reschedule that appointment — and, after not hearing back from the office for over two weeks, I finally sent a notice on Saturday, June 24, 2023 requesting a partial refund for Invisalign. It’s now Monday, February 19, 2024: 240 days later, and I’m still waiting for a significant amount of money to be reimbursed. Emails and phone calls have gone (mostly) unanswered, and I haven’t heard back from them since a “I put the refund request in last week, I will follow up on it today” email on December 27, 2023 (a full 80 days after an outstanding claim — the result of Shapiro, as per my insurance provider, not sending necessary x-rays back in April — was finally processed and closed). AVOID THIS PRACTICE, and avoid an unnecessary headache. They are extremely nice and welcoming right up until the point they get your money."

"I recently had an appointment at this dentist's office, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and advanced technology. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel at ease. The technology they used was top-notch. The digital X-rays were quick and comfortable, and the 3D imaging allowed for a more accurate diagnosis. It also gave me straight teeth through the Invisalign program. The workers were knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. They even had a TV on the ceiling so I could watch nature videos during the procedure, which helped to distract me from any discomfort. Overall, the customer service and advanced technology at this dentist's office exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care."
