"It was not like walking in a doctors office. The staff was welcoming friendly. I really dont like the dentist office always afraid. Don't ask me why. This made you feel comfortable. From the front desk, hygienist, doctor as a first time patient I really thank them. They were every thing my grandson told me about this dentist office. I was well pleased."

"I used to go to my old dentist for 8 years but my insurance has changed and I can't go there anymore. I'm new to DAX, but they didn't make me feel that I can trust them. I went so far for 2 cleanings and doctor's visit based on the reviews I saw on Google. My first visit was cancelled due to no power in their building and I was not notified about it, so I was surprised when I arrived and their office was closed. Once I was able to get seen, the cleaning was ok and the Dr. recommended me to get some work done. My second cleaning was awful...it was rescheduled for 30 mins later because someone was late for their appt which wasn't a problem, but then they rushed me into the room, the cleaning was done in 15 mins and the Asian lady who was doing it was very rough(I had my teeth hurting pretty bad until I was able to take Advil, I've never been in a such paid after clenaing before) + she was asking me very unprofessional questions. When the Dr. came in to see me she said that I do not need anything done what the previous doctor told me during 1st visit. Strange.... My colleague also went to their office and had some fillings done by them, so during his second cleaning by the same hygenist she was asking him for his number and if he has a girlfriend and said that the filling they did 6 month ago needs to be replaced....guess what...they charged him for it. It was a redo and most of the places give you a 1 year warranty on any service they do and it should have been replaced for free."

It took me a while to find a dentist, I was comfortable with here in Delray ever since I moved here in 2019. I have been to a few dentists before and never was happy! I am glad I found DAX!"
