"horrible customer service from the front desk workers. very rude and ALWAYS mad, they act like they hate their job. Dentists inside act like they don’t know what they’re doing and they take hours to just change braces bands. Brackets always fall off from here. Don’t waste your money here please."

"I got my braces here several years ago and I did not like the service I received and paid for. Every visit was no more than 5 minutes in the chair getting “adjustments” for 2 years and all I ever got from those 2 years was a change of color of my rubber bands. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time and money, especially if you’re paying out of pocket like I did. Also the staff isn’t friendly and are rude. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"My first time at this practice was a very good experience. I was on pain for already a week and I sort of knew they would decide to do a tooth extraction which made me very nervous and anxious. They took me back to the exam room on time. Dr Ramos kindly greeted me and her assistant answered all my questions. Once I found out it was another doctor the one doing the procedure I became a little bit more nervous and skeptical. i was nothing but wrong. Dr Martinez walked in to the room with a very friendly and professional attitude. Dr Martinez took the time to explain to me what she was planning to do and gave me a very high level of confidence. I could have not asked for a better physician to take care of me during those stressing hours. I was very impressed by the office after they called me in the afternoon to follow up on me. I had one concerned and Dr Martinez herself called me at my cell phone. That was exceptional patient care. I would definitely keep on going back there for my regular checks up."

"The general dentistry staff is great, but DO NOT go to the specialist! Not only did he ask for my phone number under false pretenses, and then proceed to hit on me via text message! But also, the implant he did was a disaster and I am now having it fixed by a REAL doctor who knows what she's doing. Again, the general dentist and staff are lovely and they are great with upfront pricing and efficiency. But do not go to the specialist."

"I’ve been there twice and staff and doctors are great. I got my wisdom tooth removed and it didn’t take more than 2 mins when the doctor was done. It was very fast and efficient and I was able to eat solids the very next day. I went this past weekend to get some cavities done and it was nice and smooth. A lot of people get impatient sometimes at medical/dental offices but remember to also appreciate the staff especially during these times that it is hard for them to work with all the COVID regulations.
