"This facility does a poor job with Crowns. After coming out three times the facility was told on the 2/1/24 said crown was loose again. And now after sneezing 2/2/24 said crown flew out of my mouth. Unable to find . This facility fails to take responsibility for crown and tries to bill insurance after faulty crown placement. A temp was placed in mouth that was so thin it broke 30 min later. Patient Called to explain what happened and was told someone would call back and this never happened. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Again another temp crown placed in mouth. 2/12/24 and again it broke out. Also to antagonistic approach by booking Apts for 1p you get I hour wait time 2pm they take you in . then another hour for dentist to speak to you. Look forward to spending at least 4 hours in office if you have a real procedure. Then to top it off project was an epic fail. Recommendation find another dentist. They are not worth your money"

"I wish I could give zero stars. This location is a joke, they make you wait a month or more for an appointment then they cancel the week of and want to schedule you another month away, all while you are crying you are in pain and asking them to see you right away. This happened to me twice, my first visit which I told them didn’t sit right with me, then again for the very next appointment I was scheduled for —Plus I found out they over quoted me over 1,000$ with charging me all these hmo fees . The dentist Juma gave me an attitude for wanting him to explain all these extra tests and procedures he was ordering for me. Then rudely and sarcastically asked me if he answered all of my questions so he could go, after I waited for him to pull a tooth DURING MY APPOINTMENT. I was scheduled for a cleaning they asked me to get out of the chair and wait 20 mins in the waiting room. I left upset . I went to a different dentist for quotes and they charged me approx $300 less per procedure/ thing I need done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND . These are used car salesmen at best ."

"Sage Dental of Royal Palm is very welcoming on entry to the office .The space is clean and uncluttered. The staff in the reception area are professional and friendly.. The technician, Lyn that did my X-ray puts you at ease in case you are a little pensive, especially on a first visit. She has to be an asset to any organization that is people oriented. The hygienist, Mila is a consummate professional and you can see that she loves what she does.She is very reassuring and lets you know she is there for you. The Dr. puts you at ease and lets you feel that he runs an office that not only love what they do but are happy employees. I would not hesitate to refer patients to them."

"I’ve been to this practice a total of five times and every time I’ve been there it has been awesome. That stuff is fantastic and the environment is nice and clean. The hygienist that I see is awesome I don’t remember her name but she has been great multiple times I’ve seen her. She listens to me and make sure that my teeth are properly clean. I had my wisdom teeth surgery here and my doctor was amazing. I love that he did everything best in my interest, and that he listen to me and made sure that I was well. He also followed up after my surgery, which is great. I would recommend anyone going here overall this is a really good facility. I hope they keep up the good work."
