"If I could rate zero stars I would. I went to this dentist after 10 years of not going to a dentist, so you can imagine the trust I put into him or my insurance rather. I was a little skeptical about them having ratings on google (flag #1), so very happy I am the first. This dentist has very outdated equipment and rude staff. The only nice employee was Veronica the assistant. I went in for fillings on a Friday and was back by Tuesday. I would have been back the very next day if I could. After the numbing went away 8 hours later, I was able to feel how gritty and rough the teeth were. Right away I knew something was up. The next day I was able, I made an emergency appointment with another dentist who was top rated, who told me two of my teeth still had decay and needed to be redone. I immediately went back asking for my refund, which he gave only proving he did not complete his job properly. When I mentioned the decay Dr. Friendensohn looked at me like I had two heads and said “I highly doubt that, I’ve been doing this a very long time” he asked to take a look and after looking only mentioned he would smooth the teeth out for me proving there was in fact still tooth decay when he should’ve have taken it out. The receptionist, Michelle, did not like the fact that someone challenge her boss of “21 years”. Michelle made sure I knew how long she worked there and that this was the first time she witnessed this type of encounter, she tossed my card across the counter and very rudely wished me luck. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Please take this story into account before proceeding to make an appointment with them."
