"If I could leave 0 starts I would. I want to start by saying I wanted to love this office. Dr bedoyah is kind, listens, personable and has great bed side manner. In July dr bedoyah made a mistake on a root canal gone wrong resulting in a file being broken off in my nerve canal. He apologized and let me know I will be refunded for the root canal and he will give me a referral to an endodontist. Meanwhile at this point the file is still in my canal. I told the office I was heading to IL by plane the next week and asked if I should see my old endodontist there. They let me know I could do that (at this point I was still waiting on a referral to an endodontist here as I am brand new to FL) knowing what I know now I should have never gotten on a plane with this file in my mouth (a different doctor let me know how dangerous this is) In the heat of the moment upon leaving the office the day the file was broke off I did not really understand the severity of this and the costly road ahead. After over 3 weeks of calling the front desk and basically begging for a refund of my money I finally got a refund. The front desk told me “refunds don’t happen over night” mean while I had previously been told the refund was processing, on my final call asking for my money the front desk asked “what card I wanted the money refunded to” clearly they were never working on the refund. This was all going on along side of my insurance company fighting for there money back from the dental office because they did not complete the procedure that they billed my insurance for (meaning I could not have seen the endodontist they referred me to to complete the root canal until they do so) after hours on the phone with the insurance through out a two week time span of going back in fourth with the insurance I had to send in a fraud claim through the insurance that the dental office had to send back for my insurance to get there money back. Upon being referred to the endodontist, the modern dental smiles from desk told me to “ tell the endodontist to bill this as a repair so the insurance will pay” when I told the endodontist this there reply was “that’s insurance fraud call your insurance company asap” in the end none of this mattered because the endodontist took x rays and told me they could not complete the root canal and could not remove the file. Luckily I already had an amazing oral surgeon that I took into my own hands to go see. June 12th the file was broke off in my mouth and the file was in my mouth until august 22nd. When my oral surgeon saw me on Aug 21 for the first time since this had been broke off he told me it needed To come out asap and he removed the tooth the following day. Dr bedoyah called me countless times asking how I am doing, I informed him of the front desk not refunding my insurance and he is the reason they did so. I have called the office to speak to the owner of the office dr balley. After my first request I got a call from dr bedoyah again asking how I am. At this point this is out of bedoyah hands. As a business owner balley should be taking full financial responsibility for this as it took Place at his office. The front desk informed me the only time dr balley can meet with me is Wednesdays at noon. I fully understand he is a working professional and also running a business BUT I am not a doctor and had no idea what to do about any of this, thank god in the beginning I asked for an antibiotic to prevent infection as I have an autoimmune disease and I know about infections. I have to work and Wednesday at noon is not good for the working person. Especially when as of today I have put out $8100 on all of this and that’s not including all my time off work and the crown that I am still having to get. Moral of the story never get a root canal at your general dentist (I did not know better) and do not expect dr Bally to take any responsibility for anything happening in his office. Although I have not got the chance to speak with dr balley, I know he is fully aware of Eveything that has happened."

"My dental hygienist was terrific. She takes time to be sure you are comfortable and that you are not in pain. There is no hard upsell like in many other dental offices. They recommend treatment and give you a written statement and you can decide your course of action. The dentist was very professional as well. Tells you what he recommends and the rest is up to you. Highly recommend."

"This is another reviewer 'They always try to get you in the door by promising you something and then they change the plan and hope you’ll get along with it. The same happened to my husband. They lied that they take his insurance and after the procedure billed him way more than was promised.' For me they said the eval was free but then wanted to charge me $250 !!!!! for a single panoramic xray which I didnt need for a single implant and exposed me to xtra carcinogenic radiation.
