They said they called my insurance company to make sure the dates for the extractions would be covered...and told us we were covered...but we were not covered, we still had 3 days to go before the extractions would be covered by my insurance company....costing me $970.00. They were apologetic but never admitted fault or offer any kind of discount for the communication error."
