"The level of expertise of the Doctors is great. Appearance/Cleanliness of the facility is great. Talking with the front desk staff and trying to get an appointment are harder than they should be. Appointment times are not easy to get, most of the time near impossible. Been very disappointed with the lack of customer care on our last 3 visits. Have not kept to appointment times, with no communication about it, no apology. Having to wait 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointment time is ridiculous. As a patient, it feels like it is a hassle to schedule an appointment as they are "booked". Don't understand how, as a patient, I have a treatment plan, but yet can't stick to it due to lack of available appointment times. Very frustrating. If your time is valuable to you, I suggest looking for an Orthodontist Office who will respect your time."

"While we cannot comment on the orthodontic care here, the pricing for retainers is considerably higher than others in the area. We consulted with a staff member about obtaining a replacement retainer and found the quote to be three times as much as other providers charge. For patients with full insurance coverage, the costs may be of little concern. However, those paying out-of-pocket may find the retainers difficult to afford. We recognize that specialized care comes at a premium, but hope options may exist to make retainers more accessible for all patients."
