"We have an uncommon(?) situation of being in two different states while trying to finish are taxes and this office made no effort to help my wife. From what I understand all they need to do is download and print the taxes so my wife can sign them and then upload them back, but they either did not understand how to do the job the do every day just slightly altered or did not care to help and went about dismissing my wife it in the worst way possible."

"Warning to anyone attempting to visit here during tax season- they have had two staff members retire, and their remaining employee can’t be bothered to come in on time. I walked in for my 4PM appointment to find a waiting room full of people, including a couple who were coming back after the same tax professional missed their 2:30 appointment the previous week. The receptionist indicated that she had tried to reach out to their employee, but hadn’t heard back. This was at 3:53 where a couple was still waiting for their 3:30 appointment. I left work early to make time to meet with someone in person, this level of (non) service is unacceptable and gives me no confidence in their overall services."

"This pass year was terrible. Will never use them again. Made an appointment with Mary Lewis, never got a phone call telling me she was out of the office, booked me with someone else without my consent. I called and some rude lady answer the phone. We got into a yelling match and I canceled my appointment. Don't use this firm."

"A mistake was made with my account number for direct deposit and tax preparer told me there was nothing she could do when in fact there was a paper I found out a form to correct the issue she told me that I had to get in touch with the IRS and receive a paper check when in fact that was not true I will not use her again as my preparer. Another tax preparer Mary straighten out the problem at the ZIP code 33316 office but I still had to get a notary which costed me $10 and $2 to fax it to you I believe I should have been compensated I am disabled and it was quite a hardship and on a fixed income"

"Do not use this location - it is a complete unorganized mess, there does not appear to be any office management. I booked with Mary Lewis because she is excellent however I was then was switched to another advisor without my knowledge. I was then told I had to drop off my documents rather than be able to file on-site which is fine except it then took over two weeks to hear something back. Next step is another appointment at noon of course no one was there to deal with the many people standing waiting in the foyer - tax advisor was late. Really disappointing and I strongly advise against using this location."
