"You will not be face to face with the representative if you come here. I understand this is due to COVID, but I used their service in the last 2 quarters of last year and it was face to face. The receptionist here isn't very polite or welcoming. According to her, I can't ask questions about my form here because they're too busy... too busy doing my taxes?? Am I supposed to ask after the fact? I'd rather file myself this year and go through an audit than do business here. They will not call you back if you have a question or issue to report."
