"In response to a review I received claiming I refused to help with his mother's new trust, I would like to clarify. Some clients I do not prepare returns for, those being either located in a different state or clients I inform at the start that they would need to select another CPA for other reasons. Many times I choose not to take on a new client even if I had a prior relationship with a family member. This does not cost the client thousands of dollars. Like other CPA firms, I do not take on all new work that comes my way. It is unfortunate that there are people that write untruthful reviews just because I choose not to take them on as a new business or entity."
"Unprofessional! My mother utilized his services for many years but when she died he refused to handle the trust or the estate but would only file her final return even though he knew everything going on. It cost me thousands of dollars to fix through another accountant. Everyone involved including lawyers, financial planners and other accountants think this guy is a yutz!! SHAME!!"
