"I WENT TO THIS OFFICE FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR DENTAL WORK. THEY DID XRAYS AND EXAM THAT WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. NO BILL. THE ESTIMATE CAME OUT TO OVER $7,000.00. BEING RETIRED ON FIXED INCOME I DID'T HAVE THE MONEY. THEIR FINANCE PERSON SAID I COULD APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD THRU THEM THAT WAS ONLY 5% INT. AND MAX OUT AT $7000.00. I COULD ALSO USE IT TO PAY OTHER MEDICAL BILLS. I WAS APPROVED AFTER SIGNING MANY PAPERS THAT I DID NOT FULLY READ. I TRUSTED THEM. THEY WERE DOCTORS AND MEDICAL TECHS... I WENT HOME AND REVIEWED THE PAPERS WITH MY WIFE. WE SAW THAT THE INT RATE WAS AT 20% NOT 5%. I CALLED THE CARD COMP AND CONFIRMED THE RATE. I CANCELED THE APPLIICATION. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CARD WAS MAXED OUT AND COULD NOT BE USED. THE DENTAL OFFICE HAD IMMEDIATELY CHARGED ME THE WHOLE ESTIMATE AMOUNT. THEY DIDN'T AT THAT TIME DO ANY THING EXCEPT WHAT WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. THERE WAS NO BILL AT THE TIME THEY MAXED IT OUT. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CARD. THEY USED THE CREDIT NUMBER ON MY APPLICATION. I MEET WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER. SHE SAID SHE DOES THAT TO AVOID CHARGING ME A SMALL FEE WHEN EVER I USE THEIR CARD. I USED MY PERSONAL CREDIT UNION CARD AT 12% INT 2 TIMES FOR WORK THEY DID AND NEVER USED THEIR CARD .I DIDN'T PAY A FEE. THE MONTHY AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED BY THEIR CARD WAS FOR $189.00 EVERY MONTH FOR 5 YEARS. CRAZY,. I EXPALINED IT ALL TO THEIR MANAGER AND SHE AGREED TO RETUEN THE $7000.00 TO THEIR CREDIT CARD, I MET WITH THE MANAGER 2 OTHER TIMES AND SHE CONFIRED THAT SHE WOULD RETURN THE MONEY. I FILED A COMPLAIN WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THE DENTAL OFFICE CALLED ME AND SAID THEY WOULD RETURN THE MONEY BUT I WOULD FIRST HAVE TO DROP MY COMPLAIN. I DROPPED IT BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY SO I RESTARTED THE COMPLAIN. I'AM STILL BEING CHARGED THE $189.00 A MONTH FOR DENTAL WORK THEY NEVER DID. THEY SAID I AGREED WITH THE FINANCE WHEN I SIGNED THE BILL THEY GAVE ME FOR WORK THEY DID. THE WORK THAT I PAID WITH MY CARD NOT THEIRS. I CAN'T GO TO ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE OR I LOSE THE $7000.00. THEY WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND. I WARN EVEYONE TO PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. THEY DECIEVED ME AND LIED TO ME. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY THEY COLLECT FROM YOU. THEY TRICK RETIRED SENIOR CITIZENS INTO SIGNING CONTRACTS THAT THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T PAY. THIS OFFICE HAS CAUSED ME SO MUCH STRESS. HOW AM I GOING TO PAY THIS? THEY DON'T CARE. THEY DON'T CARE. DON'T DOCTORS AND MEDICAL PEOPLE PLEDGE A HIPPOCRATIC OATH TO DO NO HARM? ARE ETHICS NO LONGER TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOLS?."

"I am just too threw with this office. I am paying on a dental implant that did not work out. This office was suppose to return my money and they did not. I got bridge work completed paid for by Seminole County. I need my money back so that I can get other work done. No one is complying. I am done."

"If the ability to give less than one star I would. My daughter went to this office in January and they charged her for the full amount of the service even though we had insurance AND THEY KNEW THAT. They billed our insurance and was paid twice for services. I attempted to contact their office multiple times. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THIER PHONES. The one time someone did call back they told me to call different office. All I want is my money back they were paid twice for as my daughter will NEVER go back due to other reasons besides this. For 12 months I have tried to call multiple offices and NONE OF THEM RETURN CALLS!!! They are horrible and my next step is an attorney and a complaint to the state."

"I have been trying to get Invisalign with this office. I have completed the scans over a month ago and no one has gotten back with me to schedule. I've called the office several times for follow ups, they say they are having login issues and will return the call, but it never happens. Seems like there is some disorganization problems going on between this office and Winter Springs. They are juggling one dentist between the two offices and myself and other clients have had issues w/that dentist. I would not recommend this practice until they get it together a little better."
