"If I could give no stars I could. I was extemely taken advantage of by Dr. Michael Sperling and Dr. Mark Sperling. I paid in excess of $15,000.00 for dental work. When I appeared unhappy with the result, Dr. Mark Sperling released me from the practice AFTER receiving payment. I could go on and on about how I was treated - but I will not."

"I had a root canal done this morning and Dr. Alyson was amazing. I was very nervous as I’m gradually getting much needed work done and she and her assistant, who was also wonderful, made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back."

"I’d gone here for several years before I made the decision to find a new dentist. The staff was nice but not as personable as they probably could’ve been, I think this is due to trying to get as many patients in as possible. The dentists I believe were not detail focused and often vague in any explanations. I needed an implant and was never recommended an oral surgeon before I made the efforts myself. As soon as my medical records were requested by the oral surgeon I started receiving referrals from this office, which seemed to me like money greed (referral for a bonus). I could never get my cleanings scheduled every six months, it was always over eight but usually every ten months, which I’ve never experienced before. This was again because they have so many patients they cannot even keep recommended cleaning timing accurate. The last straw I had with them is I got new insurance, which they still took. The front desk called me and said that because I didn’t have it they were cancelling my appointment and I’d have to call back to make another one, which pushed my already longer than six months cleaning back to more than a year. I would’ve had the insurance readily available to them well before my next visit but they took it upon themselves to cancel an appointment without my consent. I found that odd because even if I didn’t have insurance (which I did) who’s to say I couldn’t have afforded to pay out of pocket?"
