Reviews of Emergency Dental Care USA
"On December 14, 2023 I broke a piece of my molar off I went here and Dr. Bowman told me that he could fill it. It was $100 for the x-ray and then $380 for the Phil so I walked out of there spending close to $500 Fast-forward to a month later the filling begin to chip so I called them and told them that I needed them to refill. It was brought in on a Friday night. I was told by the female dentist that that tooth needs a crown a double crown at that, and that she could tell without even looking at the x-ray , I told them I had already paid $480 and felt that I shouldn’t have been charged for fill if I needed a crown. I was told I would have to go to the same dentist if I just wanted it refilled so I did that following week after leaving the office I still had severe pain. I even started to question if it was my wisdom teeth so I went to another dentist and had full x-rays done and there I was told that the tooth that I just spent $480 to fill still had a cavity in it and that’s what was causing my infection I had to be put on antibiotics and almost ended up in the hospital. My blood pressure is over 200. I reached out to emergency dental and inform them that I was told that I still had a cavity in the tooth. I even sent them a text message with my x-rays and all of the information three days went by and nobody contacted me. I reached back out and was told by Teresa that she would look over the information and get back to me and all they offered to do was have me come back in to have another dentist look at it which I’m sure it is to quote me for the crown again which I’ve been told by two other dentist that they can’t even crown that tooth because it’s a baby tooth. so if you’re in a jam and need a quick fix their hours of operation are great, but you’re going to pay top dollar and be left with dental work that won’t even last a month. At this point I feel like I should at least get a refund for the filling being that it caused me a terrible infection."
"Went in for a tooth extraction today and was blown away by this place receptionist and dental assistant was amazing on top of the doctor 100/10 For sure . Papers are signed mouth is numb tooth was out within 20 minutes , Highly recommend! I’m PAIN Free :)"
"Excellent service. I hadn't slept for 3 days and walked in told them the problem and they fixed my tooth with a root canal a proper filling and and a crown. And cut out some bone that was infected. Full service dental. I'll be going here from now on! Thank you so so much. Dan Shaw"
"They were friendly, and got me in quickly. I was surprised by how dirty the facility was, as well as how unprofessional the main dentist seemed. She had to numb me twice and acted like it was my fault, when I explained to her she just didn’t understand. She Dropped a tool on the ground and put it back in my mouth. And at the rates they charge you would just expect better. I personally hate the dentist no matter what. That being said this was a rather unpleasant experience. Two stars for getting me in on such short notice and the cute admin that helped me check in was nice as well as the dentist assistant was nice and helpful."
