"As a new patient with my appointment booked a week earlier, they called to change my appointment to an earlier time, which I couldn’t do. They then proceeded to call me back later that day to make my appointment later, in which I said I was okay with. Then day of the appointment only a few hours before they called to cancel my appointment. Sadly with how tight my schedule is and them cancelling last minute now it will take a while before I get into a new dentist. With so many good dentists in the area, I find it highly unprofessional and I suggest looking elsewhere if time is valuable to you."
