"It's shameful. I haven't been to the dentist in a decade. As expected, I began to have some issues. I received two references from colleagues concerning the great customer service and shame-free environment. My colleagues were right. I had my first appointment with Dr. Jackie at Smile Oasis. She was very thorough with her analysis and the plan for my dental health. I was able to decide what I was comfortable with for the plan and when we would start. There was even a someone who sat with me to discuss payment options before I received service. I decided my plan, I was able to receive financing for my plan, and I started today. Dr. Jackie checked on me throughout the process. Making sure I was fine and comfortable. I am very happy with the service I received and I'm glad to have found Dr. Jackie."

"Dr. Jackie and her team are responsive, friendly, and laser focused on creating a memorable EXPERIENCE.. which is different because this is a dentist office and doesn't everyone hate or fear going to the dentist? My wife and I wanted to get our cleanings done before the year ends and insurance resets, they were in network so we decided to change providers after having a horrible experience at our last. Scheduling our visit was what's the pleasant experience, excellent customer service. The next part of the experience is filling out forms that will ask questions. You probably find odd like your favorite type of music. Your name preference? What shows you like to watch on streaming services? What's your favorite type of water? I didn't understand why but we'll get to that. I suggest that you arrive early because they have a wellness room with a massage chair noise canceling headphones, it's an entire vibe and it will be the one time you don't mind waiting for your appointment. But the good news is they are prompt so you won't be sitting in the lobby for 2 hours like you do with other providers that overbook. Once you're in the room, you have a welcome message on the TV and your favorite music is playing. The other TV placed above your head is playing whatever your preference was... This is all about making you feel comfortable, and it's that extra bit of thought and planning in personalization that separates them from every provider I've ever seen. This providers office has the newest machines and equipment. So after x-rays they use this probe to make a 3D image of my mouth which was shockingly realistic. Dr. Jackie then walked through my teeth on the display rotating around showing me and helping me understand what was going on. So I understood the treatment plan she was about to present. Next, someone comes in with an itemization that shows with insurance and without and you can pick and choose what you'd like to proceed with and they'll explain to you the pros and cons. Was no hard sell. I like I think most people have a fear of deep cleanings after having a previously bad experience, but this was the best deep cleaning with the least amount of discomfort I've ever experienced. This reason alone I don't ever want to see another dentist. All the while your music and shows are playing. Unfortunately, I also needed a filling and historically topical and shot based numbing doesn't work well with me and end up needing to be post multiple times. I mentioned this on the form and they proactively address this as we went into this procedure. Short story. I didn't need a needle. The topical worked and I was done before I realized they were drilling. When it was all done with, we were provided refreshment towels infused with essential oils to wipe our face and refresh. It was a nice touch again that I haven't ever seen in a dental practice. They were patient with our 1-year-old who along the way became somewhat disruptive. One of the staff came through gave him a snack and a toy and was extremely nice and patient with him. This was the final touch that sealed an amazing dental experience.
