"Called and made an appointment for Saturday @ 10 AM, received a text from H & R confirming the appointment, got there Saturday at 9:45 to be polite (if you're not early you're late) only to find out they open at 11:00, waited an hour for them to get there and was told they have an 11 appointment and to leave the paperwork, they would complete it and I could pickup the completed paperwork later that afternoon. Returned at 2:45 to pick - up, needless to say it was never touched...... I picked up my paperwork and left in disbelief...... If you like wasting your time, this is the place for you!"
