"The male owner of this practice proceeded to follow me across the parking lot, into another office, to chew me out and threaten me because I guess I accidentally parked in “his spots!!” and did not move after he came up, making demands and slapping things onto my vehicle window (with me inside!). There are no signs to dictate parking. I was by myself and am a small woman, which made this experience absolutely terrifying and beyond inappropriate. Do better!"

"When Jeff prepared my taxes last year he charged me almost $800 and made several mistakes which took days to resolve. He was brusque with me, condescending, and made several errors. I declined to pay extra for audit protection, which seemed to make him mad. Now my return is indeed being audited - Jeff would like me to pay an additional $225 for him to send a letter to the IRS. (Did Jeff know I would be audited?) When I asked him why he wouldn't do that as part of the $800 I already paid him, he became incredibly upset and rude with me on the phone.
