H&R Block

"They did my taxes this year they put in my checking account wrong. When I called the office the person I spoke to I don't know how they got their information I explained it I filled it out when I went there and double-check my checking and routing number I said you would have that information. There's nothing they can do for me he said even though they messed up great job H&R Block I'll make sure I will never go there"

"Most unprofessional service I’ve ever had, complained right when I walked in at 4 that hr block had an opening for, don’t schedule if u don’t want to be there , then talked down and rushed everything I was trying to explain, walked out in 10 minutes! Never go back!!"

"We made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. We entered the office and stood there for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. A staff member approached us and told us to wait outside. No hello how are you... nothing. There was no sign on the door, nor were we given any instructions upon making the appointment. We were made to feel unwanted for their business and like we were diseased. They need to work on their customer service I will never spend my money at an H&R Block again."
