"H&R Block @ 8300 Jog Rd/Boynton Beach. DON'T GO. Our tax preparer, Regina, is completely unresponsive. We dropped our taxes off there almost a month ago, and she's only called once to say she will send an email with some additional information we needed. We could not open the email, that was almost 2 weeks ago. We reached out, left messages, emailed, gone 3x in person, and have not been able to communicate with her. We finally pulled our taxes from this branch. VERY DISSAPPOINTED in this branch but mostly in Reinga's inability to simply reply to an email or pickup the phone. H&R Block has been very good to us, but this is the second year with Regina, and she was just as bad last year. We will take our business elsewhere."
