"Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location! I had first walk in and scheduled an appointment to meet with a tax expert in regards to the advance loan tax refund. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm. The tax expert I was supposed to meet with was too busy talking to his co-worker while I was sitting down observing and it was already 1:50pm almost 2pm and he still didn’t acknowledge me. He then took another client over me and I had an earlier appointment time. I almost left and walked out the location but the reception( which was super nice and had great customer service btw) had squeezed me in with another tax expert by the name of Feryal M. I spend almost 20 minutes alone talking to the expert in regards to the offer that H&R was specifically offering before deciding to officially do my taxes with them. She assured me that everything I read online about the deal was true, so I decided to do my taxes with H&R only for the advance. The tax expert assured number times during the process that she had enrolled me for it and she issued me a card and mind you this card comes with additional fees but you have to take it if you are going for the advancement. Now a couple days later I called H&R customer care and a agent told me that unfortunately she did not indeed sign me up for the only reason I did my taxes with them. I later went into the location to have the manager( which was also super nice and great customer service btw) take a look at my taxes. She had also confirmed with me that unfortunately the application was not selected during the process. It is extremely frustrating because I specifically ask for this specific service and product and it was completely neglected and now I am taking a loss of additional fees from my taxes due to the neglect. Unfortunately once taxes are submitted to the IRS, there is no way of fixing it. Please if you go into location, make sure that the expert you are working with specifically hears you out on your needs and make sure they take time to fulfill those needs and not rush through it just to see another client or go to another location."

"Please for your sake do not allow Lisa Drahucz to do your taxes. Unfortunately we were assigned to her when we went to H&R Block in the gulfstream plaza and her knowledge with taxes were nonexistent. Please if possible go to another tax expert, save the time and hassle. Thankful for Ms. Claire P, she was able to fix the errors Lisa Drahuczs made."
