Their online portal made scheduling my appointment and filling out my paperwork very easy. Dr. Ho and his staff were warm and empathetic, even when I shed a few tears. They offer a lot of accommodations for anxiety and the stress that comes with having dental procedures done, and they even personalize your computer screen so it’s the first thing you see when you walk into the exam room. "Dr. Ho, Riley, and Han were fantastic. I have a Class II open bite and have had poor experiences at other dental offices who have not understood how to properly treat patients with this type of bite. Riley and Dr. Ho were very understanding and willing to work with me as X-rays have been difficult for me in the past but they made the process so easy. They also offered many helpful suggestions for oral care. The office is clean and neat, they offer blankets and warm towels, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Really positive experience and would definitely recommend!"

"Thrive is welcoming, comfortable and makes dental visits easier! Getting an appointment scheduled was quick and seamless. The office is clean and inviting and it put me at ease. I was promptly seen and each room has two TVs, one large one welcoming you and another mounted on the ceiling with optional headphones if that helps you relax. I did not spend much time watching what was on screen as the assistant, Diana, was great to have a conversation with to while going through the appointment and answered any questions I had. Although I don't have anxiety going to the dentist, a number of my family and fiends are, and I can say that Dr. Ho was gentle while giving me time to to get comfortable from beginning to end. Going over x-rays and pictures, it was so convenient that they were able to put them up on the large TV and show me exactly where and what he was describing to me which made talking about those topics significantly easier. Finishing up the appointment was quick and I will definitely be back!"
