"Was lost after losing my wonderful, conscientious, dentist to retirement after about 40 years of expert care. He had been the most versatile perfectionist you could wish for, he did every procedure known in dentistry, except complicated surgery. When I needed a root canal, his successor referred me to a young dentist way out in Mandarin, who used a huge drill and promptly broke the root. This was followed by surgery by a (competent, thank God) surgeon to pick out the pieces. Thereafter, I was lured by the ad of a nearby dentist, who did an ill-fitting implant with color-mismatched crown, where the failed root canal had been- I could not chew on it and food always got caught under it. Unfortunately, I also let him replace a very old, failing crown, which also was done hurriedly (time is money), which also was color mismatched. After these disappointments, I researched the internet for days to find a new home for my teeth. The many glowing comments from Dr. Johnson's patients caught my eye and convinced me to give Dr. Johnson a try. And I am so glad that fate led me to him and his capable, friendly staff. Dr. Johnson turned out to be the closest to my revered "old" dentist, in both expertise and attitude. For Dr. Johnson, dentistry is his calling; he takes it and his patients' welfare and their pearly whites very seriously. He is an expert in what he does and is very meticulous. For him there is only one way to do it, the correct and best way, no cutting corners for expediency's sake, or to hurry the job along because of overbooking. He takes his time and does his best to put the patient at ease, explaining calmly the how & why of every step along the way - in my case, I expressed an interest in knowing, as I do better this way. His replacement of the previous bad implant/crown, with a new one, including a bone graft are absolutely flawless. All fits and functions so perfectly as if I had been born with it. Dr.Johnson is not only a highly skilled perfectionist, he and his staff are very kind, personable and helpful. I totally trust Dr. Johnson and feel my teeth (and thus my health) are safe in his capable hands. I can heartily recommend him ."

"Dr. Johnson and his entire staff were wonderful. As a new patient I was weary about finding a new dentist but the office made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Johnson and his staff spent more time with me than my previous dentist has done in years. If you are looking for a new dentist, I wouldn't hesitate when it comes to picking Dr. Johnson. His office got me in for a cleaning the same week I called and were able to repair a chipped tooth. They did a great job and I am so pleased with the results. I cannot recommend them enough!
