"My family and I have been coming to this location for almost a decade. Ortho and Dental. Although they flip medical personnel like a deck of cards i never really had an issue until now. The last couple of times i have taken my kids there particularly for cleaning i see the dental tools out in the open on a metal tray no paper on the tray, no sealed packages. I am not saying the instruments are not sterilized, or that the trays are not cleaned but why stop assuring your customers that they are. I am old school, i remember the dental tragedies of the 80’s during the aids crisis where unsafe practice were exposed with deadly consequences. Such a simple effort to show patients the lengths a dental office takes for their safety would go such a long way. It is uncomfortable to walk in and not be sure. Specially when your Dental staff rotates so much and are new."

My wife and our 2 daughters all go here. Their scheduling process is easy and they actually get you out of your appointments as quickly as possible, without wasting additional time.
