"Was sent here from a different location due to staffing issues, and the experience was insane. Seems any office with this company’s name has issues. From having to reschedule an appointment every time I make one, to being asked for payment for services that SHOULD be covered under insurance/and if not covered under the initial treatment plan. When asked about the billing issue, was told an employee “forgot to scan your treatment plan into the system”, so no one knew what has been paid or not paid apparently. Asked for records which legally are required to be given to patient when asked for, and was told “I’m unsure how to print them off”…and given the manager’s personal cell, which usually doesn’t happen. Upon speaking to the manager, it was decided that I would go elsewhere due to the excuses and lack of making everything right that I’ve experienced thus far. Stay away from this place if you can!"

"I wish 0 STARS was an option! We brought my mother-in-law here to have oral surgery, an appointment that she waited weeks for, only to be treated very disrespectfully by the staff because she doesn't speak but a small amount of English. Her son was here to translate and asked for a simple accommodation in her positioning due to her vertigo, only to have someone one come out and ask if she would even be able to follow simple commands during the procedure (not only uncompassionately, but rather rudely) and inform us, they don't speak Spanish and they only have 1 staff member that could aid in translation (we know family can not go in the procedural area). The woman was asked if they can use Google translate, to which she quickly and rather harshly replied "they don't have time for that! " I as a medical professional know that not all accommodations are feasible under every circumstance, but I feel like this office should be required to at least be kind about it. *Is it even legal for a dentist office to take hundreds of dollars from a Spanish speaking patient and offer no language services or provide culturally competent customer service?"

"This review is for the Baymeadows office I had such a great experience.Dr Sanchez was very informative and had such great bedside manner. He explained my condition and my treatment plan thoroughly. He eased my anxiety. The hygienist Jennifer was kind and tried to be as gentle as she could when putting in and taking out Xray bite wings."
