"Poor experience! It was my first time there. I went because my 1 year old fell in the driveway and cracked off half his front tooth. The tooth was super sensitive to temperatures and he wouldn’t bite into any food like he normally does. The area was obviously bothering him. I immediately felt dismissed by the dentist. She came in annoyed. She cut me off mid sentence and was obviously not in the mood to do any interventions. Her response was come back in 3 weeks as if I can keep feeding my child only room temperature soft foods for that long and reminded me that “it’s not about aesthetics” as if my son looking cute was even something I had mentioned previously. She said the sensitivity would wear off. I immediately scheduled with another dentist and on the first visit he saw my sons nerve was exposed and referred us to a pediatric specialist so my baby boy could get it fixed. Went to the specialist today and she immediately said the same thing and saw the problem and put my son on the schedule to fix it. Always advocate for your children. I hate that healthcare has become so dismissive. You would think the care was free the way some doctors act."

"Took my daughter in for first visit. Was okay. Set up appointment for work to be done and sent her with my mother (I was working). The dentist refused to allow her back with my child and then kicked them out when I called to see what was going on. They proceeded to bill my credit card for the full visit without having done any of the work! I ended up having to dispute the charge and had it returned, but should never have had to do this in the first place. Very poor customer service. Seems the dentist doesn't respect parents in the least bit."
