"I love the experience at this office. Everybody is very friendly and made me feel really good. I recommend it to everyone."
"Dr Awad and his team at Dental Care at Eagle Landing are amazing! A+. During my most recent visit there was a very loud obnoxious man spewing verbal abuse at the team, it was extremely uncomfortable for me to hear I can only imagine how this team felt. The team remained professional, never once disrespected this arrogant ENTITLED individual, I did ask my dental hygienist to allow me to go confront this man, as a man having to sit there and listen to another man essentially bully all of those woman was more than I could bare. My hygienist apologized that I had to hear this during my visit, in turn I apologized for the fact that they have to be subjected to this behavior. After reading the other negative reviews, as a business owner myself, this is just another form of bullying, we don't get our way so we take social media and rant. I challenge us all to do better, it is so unfortunate that this is where we are in todays society. I must add, this office must be doing something correct as it does take 8 months to get an appointment, however, in my personal opinion it is definitely worth the wait. Please Continue to provide your excellent patient care! Many Thanks. God Bless you all!"
"Despite giving insurance information over the phone they did not have insurance in the system. They were originally quoting me almost $800. When I had them fix it it was still over $350. They do not cover antibiotics. This was not explained up front. Once it was straightened out they told me that they would have to reschedule my appointment, which wasn't until October. I would highly recommend against using this dentist office."
"Heard a lot of bad things about this clinic but, decided to try it anyways. Each time I came in for my appointment haven't seen a Doctor to check on me. Have appointment yesterday and finally met Dr. Sousou, and I didn't appreciate how she spoke to me. I have met a lot of Dentist In my lifetime. Her words "WE DON'T BEG FOR PATIENTS HERE AND YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!" She don't agree with what I'm trying to say. She DISCREDITED my former Dentist who I had seen for the last 30 plus years. Being a Dentist you should be more careful of how you approach things with the patients. The problem with the new and young inexperience generations of Dentist is they think they're always right. More so, when they work for a corporation and don't have to worry for anything, except just to see patients. With the kind of attitude she showed me, she won't be able to make it on her own (in the real world I say) if she decides to have her own practice in the future."
"I pride myself on being on time, a journey that I was very successful on during my military career. Today is my first time ever writing a complaint about any organization. However, today I have had enough with Eagle Landing Dentistry. I have never been seen on time by my dentist, despite always arriving punctually for appointments. I was late to my appointment today and I received a phone call asking me was I going to make it, “I say yes give me 6 minutes because, I stay in the subdivision across the street from the dentistry”. As I was pulling up, I received another phone call telling me they couldn’t see me today because it was passed the authorized 10-minute buffer. What, what, what are you kidding me. I have NEVER been late to any of my appointments, and this is how I was treated by the staff. Oh heck, no, I can’t count the numerous times that I have been on time for my appointment and had to wait patiently 15 to 30 minutes in the waiting room and or the chair before I was seen. I totally understand that dentistry needs enough buffer time in case somebody’s treatment stretches beyond their expectations. All I’m asking is why can’t the same mercy and grace be extended to me as a faithful customer? It really annoys me that no apology is made by the staff and even when they know they are running over they do not inform you when you first go in:( Also, I have paid several thousands of dollars for work to be done at the Eagle Landing Dentist. I said to them that I was unhappy with the work and still had several problems with my teeth. You would think that they would have listened to me the patient sympathetically and then suggested a procedure. This way, as a patient I would believe they’ve understood me correctly, and they suggested the RIGHT treatment that will help them improve. The offered me more excuses and eventually I went to the VA to have them undo the dental work that eagle landing dentistry did and fix it the correct way. Lastly, before you leave the dentist’s office you must settle your copay if any. I have left out of this dentist office several times only to get a phone call and emails weeks later about a bill that I didn’t pay. Shaking my almost bald head. I have asked why this has ALWAYS been the case for myself and my family? Even if you are diligent with brushing and flossing, teeth require professional cleaning at least twice a year (however, I do 4 to 5 times a year). Plaque and tartar can build up between teeth, under the gums, and around the gum line that routine brushing, and flossing will not remove. These areas of built-up bacteria need to be identified by carefully examining the teeth under magnification and looking at x-rays, because they’re often not visible to the naked eye. Then, a trained hygienist or dentist can thoroughly remove them with dental instruments. Polishing and fluoride varnish treatments are other advantages of regular dental hygiene visits that leave your teeth clean, strong, and healthy. I have invested several dollars for the work to be done and I have overlooked flows for year but today was my breaking point with Eagle Landing Dentistry!"
