Reviews of Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics
"I don’t even want to leave a 1 star. Extremely rude at the front desk. The lady that was talking with me hung up on me and wouldn’t even try to help. I really don’t know how they are in business. Do not go here."
"Everytime I have called this place, it goes to VM, but yet when I go there, there's like 5 people sitting there, who runs this place?"
"I haven't established a new Dentist yet since moving back from TN, but I broke a crown and Greenberg is the only dentist in my network, so I made an appointment to the closest one at Crystal Springs. While Dr Isaza was injecting the novacaine I felt sharp pain in my tongue, to which he said it was just a nerve and my whole side would be numb. He swiftly removed the broken crown and began preparing my tooth for an impression and then a temporary crown. The assistant seated the temporary and told me they're using a new temporary cement, but if the temporary crown comes out, just come back in and they'll re-seat it, but don't wait too long, because the post needs to stay covered. That afternoon as the numbness was wearing off I had terrible pain and looked into the mirror. That's when I realized that the dentist had actually shot the needle THROUGH my tongue. The pain was ridiculous, but more importantly, the temporary crown felt like it was a bit higher and rubbing on my bottom tooth, so I called and my assistant told me to come back in, which I did right away and then she filed it down a bit more. I didn't have pain from the crown but because my toung had been cut open, I couldn't eat or talk much for the next 3 days. Eight days later, in spite of my being careful, the temporary crown did pop off, so I called the office and was told I had to make an appointment, so they scheduled me for the following day and I went to CVS and bought Temporary Crown Adhesive in the interim. The next day I went in for the appointment, it took all of 5 minutes to re-cement the temporary. On my way home someone from the office called and said that today's appointment was considered an "Oral Evaluation" and my Insurance only allows one per tooth. Since I'd used that up on the initial day, she needed to collect today's charge of $52.20. I did pay it, but questioned why the simple act of cementing a temporary is considered an office visit, and she said that's what they do. Had I known that, I would've just kept using the stuff from CVS, it was just as good adhesive. I called 3 other Greenberg locations in my area, and I also asked my TN dentist's office, if they charge to re-cement a temporary crown that had come out while waiting for the permanent crown, and all said that they do not charge to re-cement a temporary crown, and there was no limit to how many times, that it's all part of the courtesy of keeping the patient comfortable. Office environment notwithstanding, I had a very negative experience and will not be going back."
"No one ever answers or calls you back. The girls at the front desk are just that , girls. No professionalism whatsoever. Love the dentist at this location, but the office staff upfront is awful. No one cares at this location. Go elsewhere. They won’t answer or return calls to set up appointments"
"After going to a different location, I recently made a change to this new location, which is much closer to my home. First, this is so conveniently located off 10 and off 23. The strip it is in is clean and safe and other locations can't say that. I thought switching would be a pain, but it isn't. Another change, there isn't 100 people in the waiting room. I almost don't want to tell people how great my experience was. I really loved an assistant and hygienist from another location and when I heard they were coming here - decision made. I saw Dr. Sebastian- he is so patient and kind. He looks very young but gave me great advice and..he cleaned my teeth himself!! This was the best check up I've ever had. I'm actually looking forward to my next check in 6 months. Also considering doing a whitening treatment."
