"I had a really bad experience here, unfortunately. Specifically chose the nice part of town, great reviews, and beautiful office. I have excellent teeth but have two sensitive teeth in the back, and the dentist recommended to grind them down and put in a filler. Since that visit, I’ve had serious issues with my teeth, not able to chew on either side. When I communicated it to the front desk, I just received an “ok we’ll take you off our list” vs. holding themselves accountable, inquiring for more information, and trying to resolve the problem. I have to find a new dentist and dread the fact that I might need to get 2-4 teeth pulled permanently due to my healthy teeth being grinded down too far. Make sure to question if what your dentist recommends is made in confidence and truly right for you. I wish I got a second opinion."
