"The worst dentist ever. I went for a flexible denture like Valplast and he made a hard one. And, I do not know what material he used but it tastes bad as well as it gets rough on my tongue. The first try was a failure because it did not match my mouth. I have an unaligned tooth on the top (left canine) and this was not even considered in the mold he created. As I saw it I said that is not my mouth. He tried it anything and it would not even fit in my mouth. Undoubtably, they did the wrong template from my mouth. During the next try, he had an extra tooth in my denture (extra tooth that does not exist in the human mouth????) making it not aligned with a normal bite (I mean the tooth not aligned to my nose as a normal mouse is). I got the denture just before a long weekend holiday. After wearing it for a couple of hours the pain was everywhere. The office was closed so I got my Dremel and started filing the areas where this denture was causing blisters and pain. Also, he removed a tooth the same day he made the mold and that area came as a big piece of material, like a little mountain (based on the hole left by the removed tooth) that was unbearable on my still vulnerable gum that was no longer that hole. Dremel: took that all off. Today, a few months later, I still cannot chew meat of hard food because my gums still hurt everywhere. I know this is because the mold did not match my mouth. Definitely I need a new denture but not from this dentist but a reputable one, and the time it MUST be Valplast."

"I had a freak accident at a dog park that left me with a significant chip in my front tooth. My own dentist didn’t even call me back since it was after 5 on a Friday. I left a VM with Vida after hours, and they called at 8:30 the next morning to tell me that could get me in. In my opinion, that alone is enough for a five star review. But beyond that, this was just the best experience that I have ever had with a dentist. Reception was warm and greeted me by name. The dental assistant was engaging and helpful. And Dr. Cutino is FANTASTIC. He was so patient with me and made a process that should have been horrendous actually enjoyable. I left 2 hours later thrilled with the outcome and delighted by the experience. 100% happy to recommend!"
