"Dr. Castro and his staff are "outstanding!!! I was sorry to see May is no longer with the practice, she was a great asset! I needed to come into the office 4 days earlier than my scheduled appointment for my initial Invisalign application. Although it was short notice, they got me in without any problems and completed the process very smoothly and I felt very valued as a patient. I drive 3.5 hours from Key West to have my dental work done by Dr Castro....yes, he and his staff are THAT good!!! 12-9-2023 Update,: First Invisalign follow up- as always, the staff and Dr Castro are outstanding, professional, and friendly!!!! My only comment about the Invisalign process is that the "process"was never fully explained to me so there have been a few surprises I had not expected. Nothing horrible, just unexpected. BUT, to Prime Dentals credit, I also don't ask a lot of questions and usually just go with whatever the "process" is, so bottom line is "it's all good!!!" and I wouldn't change anything! The drive from Key West is still worth it!!!"
