"Recently went for my 2 yr olds first appt. I was worried because at that age anything goes. I was able to find the location quickly with sufficient parking where it wasn’t an issue. The receptionist was very sweet and friendly upon our arrival. They had a decent sized play room with toys for all ages in great condition. They even had Barbies and plush dolls which my daughter adored. She even took them with her to get seen by the hygenist. There was a row of different colored dental seats and they let my daughter choose the one that she preferred so she’d be more comfortable. We tried having her lay in the chair by herself but that didn’t work so the exam was given while I carried her. The ladies were so nice and gave her stickers, toothbrushes with her favorite character… anything to make her feel welcome and relaxed. The hygienist did the cleaning and asked what flavored paste she’d prefer to make it more enjoyable for her. Once she finished the doctor came and looked at her teeth, gave me some pointers and sent us in our way. I was very happy with the staff and the office itself. The office was also very clean and organized. There also wasn’t a wait so we were seen right away. It’s Rare nowadays to get to an appointment and for it not to be packed to the gills. This was a great experience overall. We’re looking forward to our next visit in 6 months."

"My kids have been going to this office over 13 years. The service in this office is nothing less than excellent. Dr. Cortes Is wonderful with the kids and explains everything in detail. The whole staff is kind & professional specially the receptionist Andrea! She’s amazing! I’ve seen the staff dealing with special needs kids and I can honestly say the best place for them for dental care is this office. They’re compassionate, easy going, patient and kind with special needs kids! The ambiance in the office is perfect for kids of all ages.. the staff are all very efficient and always on time with the appointments. Thank you for such wonderful service!"
