"First time I meet front desk manager. She was extremely rude and aggressive when I was speaking calmly and politely. She is a barrier to services. Gives attitude over the phone when trying to book and worse attitude in person. Says she told me things over the phone that she never did and acts even more aggressive when you say you didn’t know that information. She will treat you as if SHE is YOUR manager when you are a patient; she will raise her voice when you are speaking at a normal volume and will get louder the calmer you are. I had a really calm and peaceful first visit with the assistant, never had an issue booking with her. Do not recommend with the “manager”."
