"Their ads says "free consultation for wisdom teeth". Called to get that free consultation and their receptionist says it's only with a referral from another dentist office. Misleading ads and who knows what else. Definitely not recommended."

"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer service! First you walk in and the office is super tiny with people waiting around because there’s no seats. Overly overbooked and you can hear everyone’s problem and information, totally violating privacy and HIPPA! My husband went in for a wisdom extraction, was called the day before with pre-op instructions… was told to come fasting and bring someone who could drive him.. when he gets called In the dr literally stands at the door having him look back from the dental chair, and explains this is only a consult and he needs to return for the extraction, mind you we have been waiting for this appointment for 2 weeks IN PAIN. The personnel in the front desk had zero consideration as both days of work were missed from us as he was given instructions. Said they had to verify insurance! As someone who works for a drs office, IT TAKES A MINITE TO CALL AND VERIFY! And as said by the surgeon himself it’s a ten minute procedure! No one cared to solve the issue and he was totally dismissed. The issue here is wanting to charge for a consult and an extraction visit. This is a place we won’t be returning to! Thankfully we got a same appointment with another office who got us in the schedule for both the consult and the extraction."
