"The lady is friendly enough but I just feel as though taking 600$ from my 900$ refund is a bit excessive. Her reason was because I had like 7 W2s. DO NOT use Jackson Hewitt, there are private tax people that can help you for a reasonable, and not insulting price. Anyone saying that’s reasonable must have an disposable income, I unfortunately do not— I was expecting 250$ max. This is ridiculous, for what I SHOULD have done for free on TurboTax (I thought my taxes were more complicated than they were). Shame on Jackson Hewitt."
