"This is the most unprofessional CPA I’ve contacted. I’m a veteran I called left a message. Called back the person answer says she didn’t have time to check the messages. Explain my situation she yell across room to I assumed she ask John Earles (CPA)said he couldn’t do it without taking a minute to listen. The excuse was who does my taxes. I responded local tax preparers don’t do this type of taxes.I get a VA rating for disability, a CPA is the only one that can do it. I want to make sure I’m not being over tax on my VA Disability .Information I received from IRS attorney. I assumed if you’re a veteran the hell with you go somewhere else your issue is a waste my time, John Earles CPA. The arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional CPA I’ve contacted. I hope his work isn’t like the customer service I received. I understand why you only have 3 reviews. UNSATISFACTORY!!!"
