"Poor customer service. I went to the door at 2pm, there was a lady seated (place totally empty) and she didn’t care to open the door. I wanted to see if I could schedule my appointment in person. She looked at me and looked down at her desk. I went twice, twice ignored and the place is always empty. I think that even if it’s appointment only they should still have the decency of providing customer service. Don’t waste your time going there. The fact that there is never any customers tells you how bad their business is doing."
