"Taxes are not supposed to be so difficult. Every time I call I can never ever get anyone on the phone. They’ll take your info and act like they’re getting you the best deal on your taxes when in all reality they’re jipping you and pocketing your money. Terrible terrible company and people"

"Jennifer is irresponsible she filled out my taxes and didn't want to give me my copy. She disappeared and didn't answer the phone but I kept insisting and after thousands of excuses she gave me the copy. A person throughout this time was advising me and I was able to access the bank that she uses for my refund and by surprise I was able to see that she took 1,600 dollars from my refund when she told me that it was approximately $600, that is why she hide how much was my refund left over so she can take a good portion. I do not recommend her, she is irresponsible, she is not professional at all, she fill out your taxes like crazy, she put all my information incorrectly, she is the worst. DO NOT COME TO MANGO TAXES TO FILL OUT YOUR TAXES, they are SCAMMERS."

"I’m still waiting for my partner’s tax return from 2021 that he will NEVER receive because they SCAMMED HIM! They went ahead and put someone else’s bank information on the paperwork!! Getting in contact with them is a mission so good luck!! Phone always rings, no answer, can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. They never return your calls because I’m still waiting for an explanation on why!! I have so many emails they have never responded too! Mind you this is my best friends family member so I figured I support! NEVER AGAIN!!"

"Very disappointed! My 2022 taxes weren’t filed correctly so it was rejected, I was never advised by anyone that they were rejected until I called them over 50 times and after several voicemails later, Jennifer calls me and tells me she was going to help me but never did and disappeared again!!! Now it’s too late to correct the error and I have to find a more responsible tax office to help. I originally came to them through a friend and never had any issues, I am extremely disappointed because Jennifer really gave me high hopes and for her to disappear is uncalled for. At least be honest and say your too busy or you can’t assist, that’s the more responsible and professional thing to do. Do not recommend this place, you are better off paying turbo tax or H&R Block. At least with them you get answers or a call back!!"
