"DO NOT file your taxes through them! They guaranteed I was getting money back and lied about it just so I can use there services! On top of that didn’t abide by the payment plan we talked about! Pay extra for the services and nothing in return when they said I had 2 pending refunds back. Bad service I wouldn’t recommend coming here to file"

"I've been using H&R Bloock for over 10+ years my Account Jacqueline Henry is friendly, patient and knows her stuff. Once the paper work is done, I always get notified from the IRS that they have accepted my return. I also get notify on when to expect my refund deposited to my bank account. Take it from me you want a pro handling your Income Tax. I have had my share of unreliable accounts who don't deliver ontime leaving me with penalities imposed by the IRS. I recommend that if you don't want that happening to you, use the Pros at H&R Block."

The H&R Block customer service was completely useless and unprofessional. I still have not received a call back weeks later. Compete waste of time and money. DO NOT trust this company. EDIT: Their solution is a bot that provides the same phone number where I experienced the worst customer service experience of my life. Hard pass."
