"Don't even bother, office is horrid. All they do is gossip and talk, meanwhile, with no patients in the office you're still waiting nearly an hour later. God forbid you ask for a time update because you made your appointment an hour earlier. They just basically shrug their shoulders and say hi very hi pitched so to make sure you know they are unbothered by your options from their lack of effort. I asked for my form back because they hadn't even started inputting the information. Meanwhile while I ask, I see the doctor standing center stage of their story time. Very inconsiderate of the customers time, and honestly if they can't value simple customer interactions I'd hate to see how they handle an incorrect data entry, charge, files, or anything of importance. He had an opportunity to step in and apologize, or say were running behind, or just ten more minutes or really any attempt at customer resolution or information. Instead os standing by while the girls gave no indication if it'd be another hour or shortly. Plainly, THEY DON'T CARE HERE."
