"I had set an appointment with another Jackson Hewitt office to prefile my return, I was confused on how the program worked, so I asked a few question and explained what i was trying to accomplish in my appointment (hoping to move it here because it was closer) The lady who spoke to me was as condescending as they come. When I would repeat what she had said to me for confirmation, she began saying things like “sir, I know what the laws are” Or “thank you for educating me on how it works” To be honest with you her attitude just made me feel bad. I was nice, apologized, and tried to be civil. At the end of the day TurboTax or HRBlock it is. Neither gave me this attitude when I called. Not showing for my JH appointment as they don’t let you cancel unless it’s 4 hours in advance. Your employees make me want to avoid you."
